While goats are part of the charm, they’re just the beginning—you may also see a variety of rescued animals during your visit. If you love animals and a one-of-a-kind experience, you’ll feel right at home here! We are about 150 ft from the Mousam River, and guests have access to kayaks (for free!) Close to golf, nature trails and only a 1/2 mile from the Mousam River for fishing and kayaking, it’s a great location to take in all southern coastal Maine has to offer. The cottage provides plenty of outdoor space, so come relax, dine on the back deck and take in the night sky with s'mores by the fire pit.

Our waterfront cottage is a unique property offering style, tranquility, and walking access to Portsmouth’s Market Square. The theme is a blend of New England charm and Scandinavian modern. We offer an amazing view, two decks, a modern kitchen, laundry, and free parking for one vehicle. This premium property sleeps four, counting children. It offers a quiet romantic escape for the discerning traveler, and yet is just a ten minute walk to Market Square.

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.
