The property offers a secluded lake, trail, wildlife and a peaceful serenity that only Southern New Brunswick can offer. Located within a 15 minute drive to the city and close to desirable tourist destinations. It's also adjacent to the Provincial trail system making it a prime location for ATV, Snowmobile and Mountain Bike enthusiasts.

Firepit, floating dock, and beach loungers and watercraft offer multiple ways to kick back. With its panoramic windows, the sunroom is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, while the spacious deck is equipped with BBQ and outdoor seating. Two bedrooms plus loft accommodates up to 6 guests. Well-equipped kitchen and open-concept living room.

Set among the trees, this tiny cabin is the perfect place to unwind, spend your evenings gathered around the fire pit under the stars or enjoy a relaxed outdoor meal. The Red Fox Cabin comfortably sleeps up to four guests and is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. Due to the steep stairs leading to the loft, adult supervision is required. Please note that the cabin does not have a shower or full kitchen (BBQ and cooker only).

The feature of our place is you can self isolate in the B&B as it is set up to be a private place to relax. Room to park, a front porch to relax on. In walking distance to businesses, such as, pizza place, chinese place, esso station, liquor store, small grocery store. Driving distance to Dieppe and Moncton (city) ...15 to 25 minutes. Walking trails, bike trails, quad trails. Country living. To the beaches you drive 20-30 minutes. Sightseeing areas are 45 to 60 minutes.

The Camp

The Camp is situated along a river, in wooded scenery where you will find peace and quiet. Sunrise in the morning, small animals visiting and also a pair of Bald Eagles. A small boat is at your disposal The owner rent canoes for your pleasure along the river or Cocagne Bay. A nice walk in the morning or evening along a pathway. Nature enjoyment: small animals like rabbits, squirrels, a pair of Bald Eagles and sometime a deer. During season, you can catch a few trout.

Dr . Keenan's cottage is the newest of the 5 cottages located on the 11 acre private island. Built in the 1970's it features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and an open concept Livingroom /kitchen. This cottage also boasts a large screened in porch with breathtaking views of the Southwest Miramichi river. It contains all necessities from dishes to linens, a barbeque and private fire pit.
