There is 1 Bedroom with Queen bed, a Queen size bed Murphy Hutch, (PLEASE notify me if you need to set up) 2couches and a twin air mattress. Private suite on ground level of house (private entrance) in beautiful Park Hills. You have your own parking right next to your entrance.

We are so close to everything like Churchill Downs, Fair & Expo Center, Kentucky Kingdom, Jim Patterson & Cardinal football stadium (you can see the stadiums from the back of the house). We are just steps away from Cardinal Station that contains restaurants, shopping, gym, grocery store, UPS store and other businesses.
