Relax in a peaceful, natural environment, ideal for friends, families, wild swimmers, cyclists, paddle boarders, hikers and for cosy evenings by the fireplace. Separately charged are a luxurious hot tub, perfect after a hard days hike and a wood fired barrel sauna with cold shower. A tuck shop, art classes and treatments are also available.

As well as relaxing on the beach front, you can also enjoy: visiting the Lake District, fishing & more, England's coast path is also on your doorstep.

We are a family that love living here and have a self contained flat beneath our house, with separate access, FREE PRIVATE driveway parking, private garden, patio, BBQ all for you to enjoy. If you want to walk, swim, sightsee, chill, cycle, eat out or shop we have have everything in strolling distance. You will have full cooking facilities, dishwasher and a washer dryer. The en-suite bedroom has super comfy king size bed. We feel very lucky to live here and would love you to enjoy it too

This wonderfully equipped 6 bedroom Victorian terraced house with stunning original features is located a stones throw from the top of Bassenthwaite lake in the Lake District with beautiful views over Sale Fell. It’s perfect for families looking for great access to the Lake District. It’s a short walk to the famous Pheasant Inn, across the road from Bassenthwaite lake and the Sailing Club and a short drive to the Lakes Distillery. Please note that we do not accept large adult only groups.

Traditional Log Cabin in the Lakes

Traditionally built Log Cabin in a woodland setting, located between the mountains and the sea with views of the Western Fells Relaxing and Cosy Atmosphere with a wood burner. The Cabin comprises of a Kitchen, living area with sofa bed , mezzanine bedroom and adjoining bathroom ( I list this cabin for 2 or 3 people but would consider allowing up to 4 guests Please note this property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility due to access and the very steep stairs to the bedroom.

LODGE ON THE LAKE

Lodge on the Lake is a luxurious property located in a very special position right on Lake Windermere within the Lake District National Park. Enjoy uninterrupted views across the Lake towards the mountains from the privacy of the Lodge. The Lodge has a private setting within the 5 star Fallbarrow Park which offers that special break. Take a five minute walk into Bowness town to enjoy the many restaurants, bars and shops or a Lake steamboat excursion. Please note, pets are strictly prohibited.

Situated right on Lake Windermere, our lodge is a wonderful place to unwind and relax while watching the magnificent views of the hills and fells across the lake. Water lovers are in a perfect place, to access the lake at the bottom of the stairs leading from the decking. Nature lovers can enjoy watching the many birds and wildlife pass by. Located on White Cross Bay, the lodge is in a fantastic place to explore the Lake District and it's only £3.00 by bus to anywhere in The Lakes.

West View Beach House - Cumbrian Coast

West view is a luxury property located directly on Nethertown beach. It is in a tranquil area with amazing sea views. It has a dog friendly beach, is great for fishing, has lots of wildlife and has the most stunning sunsets. In winter, enjoy cosy evenings with the fire lit. An ideal base for exploring the Western Lake District and Cumbrian Coast. It is surrounded by scenic walks and activities. It is close to St Bees coast to coast walk too. Please note- We no longer have a hot tub.
