It is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the side of Eagle Ridge Mountain. You will be six kilometers from downtown Grand Forks, a short drive with lots of shopping. You can easily access to the Trans Canada Trail around the corner from the carriage house where you can hike, bike, ATV, cross-country ski; an outdoor enthusiast's dream!

Very comfortable Futon fold down couch in living room. 43 and 38 inch tv’s. All amenities in kitchen, including tassimo coffee machine. Three inch thick feather bed on futon for comfort. They can been seen regularly. The Kettle River in known For great floating during July and August. Canoeing mid June to early July pending water levels. Fishing is catch and release. Access to great mountain trails, biking, ATV, horseback Riding(your own horses), hiking and hunting. Leave the wifi home.

All bedding and linens are available. Kids welcome as there is futon couch that folds into bed. Fire pit for when fires are allowed.
