Mahoney Manor

My father executed his vision and built Mahoney Manor from the ground up. What started as a "camp" eventually became his full-time home before his untimely death in 2018. Nestled in the woods at the base of Ira Mountain just minutes from Sugarloaf and along the Carrabassett River, Emmett created a sanctuary. He spent the last years of his life "developing" two empty lots into a Zen-like nature trail system with hand made bridges and benches perfect for 4-season walking or snowshoeing.

On the River 2 is located in the heart of the historic downtown Kingfield on Main street with river views of the Carrabassett river. Miss Lucy Lu (Lucy) is the cat residents who lives in this special apartment. She is the host and will greet you. She loves people. She is an indoor kitty. There is a restaurant next door, the gallery is downstairs, swimming out the back of the building. Sugarloaf mountain close by. Mountains of possibilities to explore in the western area of Maine.

Designed with dogs in mind, complete with a fenced in backyard.

The Cozy Cottage

The Cozy Cottage is a true gem! Conveniently located less than a mile from downtown Kingfield and only 20 minutes to Sugarloaf Mountain. It's pet-friendly, sleeps 4 adults comfortably & has all the amenities you need after a day in the mountains! Close to tons of trails for snowmobile, ATV, cross country, hiking, mountain biking, etc. The town of Kingfield offers restaurants, local shops, a grocery store, gas stations, etc.

Trailside Cabin

Come & play in the beautiful mountains of western Maine! Cozy, rustic cabin for two. Enjoy miles of multi use trails right off the front steps! If you decide to venture away from the cabin, Rangeley's Saddleback Mt & Sugarloaf USA are both 35 miles away & the college town of Farmington is just 15 minutes south. Our cell service is terrific, but there's no tv or wifi...come to the woods & unplug!

Bring the family to this great place with lots of room for fun and gear. Short walk to stores/dining. Snowmobile trail access, XC skiing, walking. 16 miles to Sugarloaf access road. Loft style upstairs bedroom. Large parking lot, Roku, WiFi, washer/ dryer, gas heat stove, ping pong table. Winter's Health and fitness gym less than a mile away, Petersen Water Skiing 2.5 miles away.

Welcome to a lovely, spacious home away from home. This gem has a full kitchen, a large dining room with seating for 8, a comfortable living room, a workspace, a half bath and a bedroom on the first floor. Head up the beautiful staircase to the remaining three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Only a 20 minute drive to Sugarloaf. Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome!
