At the river you can relax, watch nature or read a book. We are a quick drive to great fishing.

This is a detached two bedroom chalet. The inside has been newly renovated and we are constantly touching up! The St Marys’ ferry to Cumberland Island is a few blocks away! The host will help make the most of your trip by providing beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, wagons and tips for a great day at the beach. Jacksonville, Amelia Island, Fernandina, Jekyll and St Simmons Island are all within 30 min. Go enjoy the day there, then relax with marsh views next to the sea ~ it’s pure Next-ta-Sea

Vita Nova: Fresh and Modern with Retro Vibes

Vita Nova is a newly renovated carriage house that has vintage charm with a modern feel. It is detached from the main bungalow, which was built in 1922 in the heart of Jax. This cozy 1 bed 1 bath has a small kitchenette available that includes a coffee bar with a Keurig and K-cups, microwave, toaster oven, mini refrigerator/freezer, and a brand new water filtration system so the water tastes delicious right from the tap. This modern guesthouse is located on a 10-acre estate, offering some of the best views of both the morning sunrise and evening sunset. Close to Brunswick, St Simons Island and Jekyll Island, and Kingsland. Our entire guesthouse is very private, with its own entrance, a full kitchen, extended bathroom, wi-fi, TV... you won't miss anything from the city, and will have all the peace and quiet the country has to offer.

Back In Time

This is a unique 200 ft small tiny house with a covered porch with 2 rocking chairs for enjoying the outdoors. It is decorated with family antiques even a 4 ft claw foot tub turned into a shower.... If you want the feel of a nice relaxing country atmosphere with woods and nature this is the place for you. We live on a dead end rd which is quite and very safe. Our 2 story house is next to the tiny house but you have your own space and yard. Your privacy is respected at all time.

Take a very short stroll to one of the many delicious restaurants or bars in the area. Enjoy the beauty of St. Marys!

The Cabin at The Old Parrott Place

The Cabin at The Old Parrott Place is ideal for one or two people to stay overnight or for a week. It's rustic, but clean and comfortable, has a king bed, a claw-foot tub, an outdoor shower, a microwave, toaster, small fridge and complementary coffee and tea. Rocking chairs on the porch allow you to spend a little time outdoors enjoying the country air or listening to the birds. *Please Note * There is NO WIFI.
