This absolute beach front Villa sits atop Wrattonbully Road overlooking Robes stunning Town Beach. Sleeping four in two large bedrooms which can be configured to couples or singles with two separate bathrooms, the largest with spa. A large, sunlight filled living area invites the ocean inside with incredible views out across Guichen Bay, toward Long Beach and directly over Town Beach. Access to Town Beach is via private walking track directly onto the sand. 200 meters from the heart of Robe.

Enjoy beautiful waterfront views right from your living areas! A short stroll and you will be dipping your toes in the ocean. Spectacular sunsets enjoyed after a day on the beach or touring local wineries. Throw in your bikes, there is a fantastic bike track directly opposite the house. Ride beside the beach or enjoy a short walk into town to visit coffee shops, the jetty or hotels. Pack the cricket set, footy or a frisbee and enjoy the large grassed area directly opposite the house.

Relax with the whole family in this spacious home. Loads of room for a fun and enjoyable holiday by the sea. Four bedrooms plus a daybed in the sunroom entry, sleeping 13 guests. Marine Parade frontage and a track to the beach just across the road. Plenty of parking area for your car and boat and to kick the football.

Extra guests not booked for will not be tolerated and charged $100 per night extra.
