The Annexe at Dordale Green Farm is a beautiful single storey barn conversion situated in the Dordale Valley, one mile from the delightful village of Belbroughton. The stylishly furnished interiors boast stunning views over the gardens and private lake and a number of country walks are accessible from the doorstep. The Annexe combines peaceful country living with easy access to major roads, making it a perfect base for exploring Worcestershire, Warwickshire and The Cotswolds.

Kinver Edge View Annexe

We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs. We are well positioned to explore the area being on the South Staffs, Shropshire and Worcestershire border and of course Kinver Edge.

Village centre short walk away with pub, supermarket, café and chip shop. Bus stop is at the end of the street giving quick access to the City Centre. Note the size of the bed please (1 x small double) and it has 1 private bathroom, not 1.5!

It is 5-minute drive to the Russell Hall hospital. 10-minutes drive away from the Tipton train station and Cradley Heath Station. Excellent public bus transport links. Close by is the Merry Hill Intu shopping centre, the Black Country Museum, the Dudley Zoo, Castlegate Business park & Great Bridge shopping park. It is a 5mins drive to the high street.
