Foulis Gate Lodge is a Highland cottage on the Gates of an historic, private, Highland estate with its own drive. The secluded location offers direct access to extensive gardens. The nearest amenities are 2miles in Evanton or 5miles to the ancient Burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm). My place is good for NC500 travellers, couples, and business travellers.

The property is situated in a secluded part of our garden approximately 22 meters from the main house, with stunning views onto a beautiful field and Wardlaw Mausoleum (Outlander) We are just 1 mile from the NC500 route, 8 miles from Inverness,, 4 miles from the the pretty little village of Beauly. There is an hourly bus service that runs from kirkhill which can take you to both places. Achnagairn castle is just a 5 minute walk away.

The private deck, along with outdoor furniture & chiminea, overlook beautiful fields & mountains. Located just 1 mile from the NC500 route. Our pod boasts a king size bed, shower room & furnished kitchen, which includes a fridge/freezer, microwave & slow cooker. Other amenities available on request. We are in a very quiet location. The house is attached as a separate unit to our home. The cottage has been equipped and furnished to ensure as relaxing and comfortable holiday as possible, and it has its own individual character and style. You will have full and individual access to the guest house and all of its amenities. With lovely views over the hills of Beauly and the Ben Wyvis to the west is the ideal location to base yourself for touring the Highlands .

A unique and beautiful Shepherd's Hut on the Black Isle. Specifically commissioned by Black Isle Brewery, the hut is in the middle of our organic brewery farm. The brewery sits on one side with organic farmland, farmhouse and vegetable patch on the other. You are 10 minutes from Inverness by car and 20 minutes from Inverness airport. Please note that the hut doesn't have wifi but we have books and games to keep you
