A private apartment designed with a relaxed mood in every space. Situated on the 4th floor it overlooks the city skyline. The south facing view from all windows offers stunning sunrises and nighttime views (even the northern lights if your lucky!). The largest swimming pool in Iceland, bus stop, cafe, bakery and seafront walking are all 5-7 minute walk. 25 minute walk to downtown. The building is a quiet family place which I ask guests to respect and enjoy. No partying or late night disturbance.

The neigbhorhood is nice and safe close to the center just next to the Art University with good bakery, coffeshop, organic market and thermal swimming pool/spa within 5 min walking distance. Downtown is easily accessible by a short bus ride or a nice 2km stroll along the seaside on foot or e-scooter/bikes.

Cute place in the perfect spot

Extremely well located, only 500 m to Hallgrímskirkja church and 300 m to Lake Tjörnin. Nice restaurants and shops all around, supermarket Krónan is only 3 min walk away and the nearest swimming pool 12 min walk. Usually this neighbourhood is quiet and we don't notice the nightlife much but it is still just down the street! Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base.
