You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. A large comfy 14’X16’ safari tent on a deck 4.5’ off ground to take you away from it all! Luxurious King sized bed with memory foam mattress and a leather sofa bed. NEW beautiful private outdoor bath tub. We are off grid so we provide a WOOD STOVE, firewood is available, propane heater and power station for charging your electronics. Extra guests after 2 are $20 pp. a night. Please bring bedding for extra guests.

Private guest suite nestled on the White Salmon River. This rustic 450-square-foot suite includes a queen sized bed, couch, table and chairs. Situated on ten acres of wild and rewilded vegetation, the suite enjoys mountain views and access to the river. Once a museum built to house primitive tools, it has been renovated into a cozy space which integrates original rustic building materials with new amenities and a private bathroom.

The Hideout | A Modern Tiny Cabin Near Mt. Hood

The Woodlands Hideout is a small intentional semi-offgrid retreat space, featured on Dwell. It was designed and built by Further Society and created to allow guests to immerse in the beauty of the natural world, but still offer some cozy and more essential comforts. Although the footprint of the space is small, we designed the experience to be outward focussed, so it feels very expansive with the towering pine trees in view.
