Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Komi is in the southern part of the island of Chios in an area called Mastichochoria (i.e mastic villages). It is a very quiet beach on a daily basis except from the weekends as it becomes popular due to the restaurants and bars.
