Katouni Bridge Villa

Kythira is a paradise. The island where the Goddess of love, Aphrodite, spawned from the shores of Paliopoli and where Paris and Helen escaped from Sparta and were married. Katouni is a smaller village of Livadi, connected to it by the famous Katouni Bridge - built by the British during occupation, as the general fell in love with a girl on the other side. Our house is an oasis within an island of natural beauty, with views compared to Tuscany. Katouni is the birthplace of my grandfather.

Terra Oliva Country House

Terra Oliva Country house is one of the 5 houses of the property. The village is Agios Ilias and it is in the center of the south part. The location is very convenient for your daily trips. Our house is newly constructed and very well equipped. It has two main areas, bedroom and living room area. The house has a full kitchen , bathroom area and its private veranda with mountain view. The location is very quiet and safe at the same time.

Although shops and restaurant are only 5 minutes drive away , the area feels peaceful and secluded!!!

Traditional house in Keramoto, Kythera, ideal for families of up to 4 guests. It offers 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a courtyard overlooking the village. Located in a quiet spot in the heart of the island, perfect for exploring nearby beaches and hiking trails. Haven Vault Apartment

Located in Chora, the main vilage of the island, this apartment is a few meters away from the most scenic restaurants and bars of the island, yet, at the same time secluded from the noise of the night life. The bedroom is set in a traditional cave style (no window), while kitchen and living room have plenty of natural light and (two large windows and a glass door) are overlooking the sea and an inhabited hill.

Villa Anastasia is an 1801 historical family home, fully restored in 2021. A celebration of natural materials with a modern rustic aesthetic, the overall result is a calm and sophisticated space offering a breathtaking sunset view of the Mediterranean Sea. Located in the most idyllic spot in the town of Kalokairines, the house features two separate stylish apartments both fully equipped with modern amenities.

At Polychroni’s

This unique and aesthetic house is located at the south of the island, where most beaches/activities can be found. Ideal for 2 people. The area is close to plenty of the main beaches. The house is close (1-2minutes drive) to the islands biggest marketplace( grocery stores, pharmacies, bakeries cafes, etc). At the same time, its location ensures a peaceful with no disruptions environment.
