During your stay at Cozy Cottage you will enjoy a bright, clean and tidy, spacious granny flat. The granny flat includes an equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Immerse yourself in the serenity of the foothills with a small shopping centre nearby for all your needs. Relax in nature, away from the daily hustle and bustle of everyday life. This beautiful space is nestled at the foot of the Perth Hills, which is a 10 Minutes drive from the International Airport, 25 minutes drive from the city.

We welcome guests into our home only 1km from Kalamunda Centre at the start of the Bibbulmun Track. Our self-contained upstairs suite comprises bedroom, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and large private balcony with an uninterrupted view of our Regional Parkland. We have an acre of garden with a variety of native and exotic plants, which Linda will be pleased to show you around. There are several signed walks in the area, plenty of cafes and restaurants in town, wineries and orchards close by.

Vermillion Skies - listen to nature sing

Relax, unwind, take in the expansive views of Perth City and Swan Coastal Plain. The property is on the Swan View escarpment, giving sweeping westerly views and captures amazing Sunsets that turn the skies an amazing Vermillion Red. Next door to John Forrest National Park, and don't forget to check out the many hiking and heritage trails. Just a 12 minute drive to the Swan Valley Restaurants and Wineries, and Caversham Wildlife Park. Regrettably children under the age of 12 are not allowed.

Alma Apartment - easy access to airports

Alma Apartment is easy access to both airports and to the Swan Valley. Your accommodation is self contained, with your own front door, and initial access is via a lock box so you can come and go as you please. Basic breakfast goods supplied for first 1-2 days. A queen size bed with firm mattress, as well as clothes storage. There is a comfy sofa for watching TV (currently free to air only) and a console with powerpoints for charging your devices. Wifi accessible. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY.

You benefit from a full kitchen including oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher and all the equipment you might need. Ensuite shower room and light and spacious office room. Split Cycle Air-Conditioning in living/kitchen. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY INCLUDING OUTSIDE. Flat is connected to another house, fully independant access and private but you may hear occasional noises from the main house.

The home is great as a holiday home for those who would like to tour the Swan valley wine region or to have access to our capital city. Located 5 minutes from the Swan River and 20 minutes from Perth. Bus and train station, cinemas, shops, restaurants and cafes all within a short stroll away. The home is well decorated and maintained and comes complete with all linen, towels etc. The home is well suited for small family extended stays and comfortable living.

Entire one bedroom apartment with a private bathroom, in the Perth Hills, only 15 minutes from the Airports. Close to wineries and restaurants in Kalamunda and the Bickley Valley, with the Perth CBD only 25 minutes away by car. Off street parking and a private entrance is provided on site. It best suits those with their own transport. Public transport is a short walk away for access to Perth and Kalamunda and a supermarket is a ten minute walk away.

Our fully renovated, detached, self-contained little guest house, shady pool area and natural spaces make an ideal retreat for a couple or two singles. Near scenic John Forest National Park, great walks in the Swan Valley and Perth Hills area. Continental breakfast and light meal are ready for you to put together in the kitchen.
