Composée d'un salon/séjour, d'une cuisine équipée,d'une chambre, d'une salle d'eau avec WC. Entièrement climatisée. La terrasse est aménagée d'un espace pour déjeuner et d'un solarium avec une belle vue sur la campagne. Jardin. Parking privé. Désinfection complète entre chaque voyageur, gel nettoyant à disposition

Το σπίτι κατασκευάστηκε πριν από 100 χρόνια στο γραφικό Χωριό Λεύκες, εκεί γεννήθηκε και μεγάλωσε ο παππούς μας Κωστούλης που μετέπειτα έμαθε την τέχνη του χτισίματος. Η πρώτη παρέμβαση στον χώρο έγινε από τον παππού, φτιάχνοντας το πάτωμα με τον παραδοσιακό κυκλαδίτικο τρόπο. Πάτωμα το οποίο σώζεται αναλλοίωτο μέχρι τις μέρες μας. Ο Χώρος πλέον είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένος κρατώντας όμως την κυκλαδίτικη αισθητική του ώστε να προσφέρει μια άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή στον επισκέπτη.

I think it’s my favorite comparing to our first one (Silver) which is right below, maybe because it’s blue! Villa Katerina is a double floor house 62sq.At the first floor there is one living room with kitchen and two single beds .at the second floor there is one bedroom and one big bathroom.There is one big yard 100sq two balconies.The house has amazing sea view from all the floors .It can accommodate up to 4 persons.Also we have barque and hammock.The distance from the sea is 200 meters and the beaches is Placa beach Orkos beach and Mikrivigla Beach
