Hello i am Stelios! Happy to offer you this private house with stunning ocean view. Located in Kea islaand , koundouros area. 3 minutes walk from non organised free beach.. A house fully eqquiped for your convenience. Our purpose is to create memories of the island lifestyle. Consists of: 65sq metres interior 2 bedrooms with airconditioning ( one double bed each) +extra bed+baby bed 2 bathrooms one kitchen-living room 200sq metres private exterior with dinning erea, sunbeds etc SEE YOU!!

Sofias House 4

Sofia's house is located in Merichas Kythnos island, on the center of the port, at the top of the mountain, with the best view. A modern house with private bathroom. You can get there only by 130 stairs. Full renovated the house in 2022 and put a new matrress on the bed at May of 2023. Αlso a pressurized water machine was installed in our complex at 2022 and with the pre-existing tank makes us independent from the island's water supply system. We always try to improve our house.

Amelia: Beachfront relaxation as never experienced

Serene, amazing and not too far from the action. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.
