The port, the bus station and the taxi stand are at 3 minutes’ distance on foot.

This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

I think it’s my favorite comparing to our first one (Silver) which is right below, maybe because it’s blue! Just a breath away from the beaches of Krios & Marchello, with an amazing view and unique sunsets. The house is located in Krios area which is close to town (Parikia) but far away from the hustle of the town. Here you will find your piece and calmness!

A brand new house in the perfect location and with the best view to the sea. Literally beside the sea looking at the sunset and be able to accomodate up to 10 people absolutely comfortably and make your holidays unforgetable. In front of the house there is a beautifull bay unique for fast dive. Less than half a mile there is one of the best beaches ever... Agios (saint) Prokopios. The town and the port are about 4 minutes driving and the airport less than 2.

Aperado Paros House With Pool and Tennis Court

The house named "Santorini" belongs to the Aperado Paros complex. The property is located at Krotiri a few minutes drive from the Port of Parikia from which you can explore the island of Paros. The property also includes tennis court, private chapel and BBQ area. These facilities along with the s/w pool are shared with the other properties of the complex. Car or scooter is necessary. The property is not suitable for infants and children below the age of 12.

The apartment is located right at the center of Paroikia, inside of the old market street, giving you access to almost anywhere. The port is just 4 to 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, so are the parking lots, the bus station, numerous stores, coffee shops, bars, bakeries and supermarkets for your groceries shopping. Last but not least, you can even visit three different beaches just by walking a few minutes.
