You will have the entire Semi-D House Homestay, situated at a strategic and tranquil location in northern Sg Petani, Kedah. ~ 5 minutes drive to Sg Petani North toll exit; ~ 20 to 30 minutes drive to AIMST university, UITM Merbok and MRSM Merbok. The homestay comes with 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and 2 Car Parks that can accommodate a family size up to 6 persons. (Note : Host will request deposit payment prior to check in. Despite main city is just few steps away, we have minimal noise issue as we have soundproofing and we're in an ideal location. We remained the unique architecture structure of this pre-war building, while mixing urban style design to it. Stylishly Refurbished Heritage House (Muda Blue)

Originally built in the early 1900's, the house was dilapidated and not fit for habitation. It was out of passion to restore the building that Muda Blue came about. As the house is protected by the UNESCO World Heritage Site inscription, its structure and facade had to be maintained, which we were happy to do. This house is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood, yet it is just a 2 min drive to Western By Pass, 3 min to Taman Intan and 5 min to the town area. There are various of walking distance amenities such as HappyMart, 7-11, Clinic, Pharmacy, Launderette and mini market. Caltex petrol station is less than 1 min drive. You can park 2 cars on the car porch and 1-2 cars in front of the house.

Hundred Year Old Heritage Shophouse (Ground Floor)

Welcome to our family owned, renovated and run historical home. A 100 year old shophouse in the heart of Georgetown, meticulously renovated from an existing birdhouse to its former glory. All renovation was carried out using recycled hard wood and red bricks. The electrical work and water piping are all exposed. The ground floor is terracotta and furniture has been constructed using cut-offs from roofing beams, old railway sleepers and window frames.
