In the harbour you will find many restaurants and cosy cafes to choose from. Shops are located just a short stroll from the apartment, as are some beaches and archaeological sites. The airport is just 3 km away, so start enjoying your stay only minutes after you arrive!

Within few steps/seconds you are at the main square of Kokkari village, the port, beaches, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, Pharmacy, grocery shops, backery shop, rental cars, motorbikes, scooters, ATM machines, a bus stop and free parking places. It was renovated in 2020 and is designed in a traditional - modern taste. The architecture is unique and natural.

Penthouse Lavender B7 is a top-floor 2BR with 3.20 m ceilings. The master bedroom has an en-suite and balcony/terrace; there are 2 bathrooms in total. The living-room sofa converts to a bed; with a folding bed & crib on request, it sleeps up to 6. On site: 210 m² outdoor pool (Apr–Oct), heated indoor pool (Oct–Mar), gym, BBQ area, kids’ playground and parking. Long Beach is a 6–7 min drive; nearest grocery is in Soğucak center (~1 km).

This is a beautiful little traditional fisherman's lodge in the most picturesque spot on the island. It offers a double bed on a raised wooden platform in traditional style, a bunk bed, private bathroom and fully functioning kitchen. The sea is just five meters from the room so you can listen to the waves lap on the shore as you sleep. This is a quiet neighbourhood so it is ideal for a couple or family with up to two children.
