Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

Stugan är idealisk speciellt för par, små familjer eller distansarbetare. Vi har även några andra stugor på Ruka som är ski in ski out. Rauhallinen sijainti kauniin Ylä-Juumajärven rannalla n. 2 km Juuman kylästä,3 km Pienestä Karhunkierroksesta,Oulangan kansallispuiston kupeella. Lähistöllä upeat luontokohteet: Karhunkierrokset, Riisitunturi, Ruka, Kiutaköngäs yms. Voit tehdä päiväretkiä läheisiin kohteisiin.Rantasauna on käytettävissäsi ja neuvomme sen lämmittämisessä. Käytössä WiFi. Hintaan sisältyy liinavaatteet ja pyyheliinat kolmelle.

Beautiful home in the Ruka Center

The apartment is located in the Ruka Center. The beautiful one-bedroom apartment is perfect for four people. When the Talvijärvi lift is open you can access the ski slope directly from the apartment. Otherwise, you can get easily to the slopes from the Ruka Center with the new Gondoli-lift. The distance to the Ruka Center and to the slopes and to cross-country ski trails is 100 m. The apartment has beautiful views. The apartment is well equipped and there is a free WiFi. Welcome!

Moisasenharju Rukatunturi

Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. The rental includes 1 bag of firewood.

Villa Valkeainen Kuusamo

Tervetuloa erämaan rauhaan ainutlaatuiseen hirsihuvilaan järven rannalle. Arkkitehdin suunnittelema ja vanhoista hirsistä rakennettu upea mökki sijaitsee keskellä hiljaisuutta ja metsää. Mökki on avara (150 m2) ja omaa tonttia on runsaasti. Mökki on tarkoitettu 1-4 hengelle ja se on täydellinen paikka rentoutumiseen. Mökissä on kaunis puusauna, sekä portaat saunasta järvelle omalle laiturille.
