Romantic Forest Escape

A beautiful, spacious and modern private self catering unit, in a lovely Sandforest setting. The unit has a private deck for your morning coffee and splash pool. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a gas/or charcoal braai available. Catered meals can be booked at the lodge (must be booked prior to arrival please). The reserve is home to abundant birdlife and a range of antelope include giraffe and zebra, and you are welcome to explore the reserve using the well marked hiking trails.

The Cottage on the Corner

Set apart from the main house, the Cottage on the Corner is a cozy, romantic escape for two. With sliding doors that open into the cool breeze in summer and a wood burning stove to keep you toasty in winter you will find yourself relaxed. Breakfast is not included in the room rate but is available at very reasonable prices. The unit is serviced daily. We have full service DSTV. Close to many activities you can do as much or as little as you choose to make your stay in Himeville special.

Belvedere is situated in the heart of the Northern KZN bushveld. This family run lodge is situated in the centre of the reserve and is surrounded by lush bushveld, allowing for that connecting and intimate experience with nature. The lodge has a total of 6 en-suite, airconditioned bedrooms, while a self – catering central kitchen, lounge, dining area, bar and swimming pool compliments the facilities. Visitors can opt for full catering during their stay.

Oliveroom's serviced Family rooms

Our 3 separate Family rooms are light and airy overlooking a beautiful tropical garden, each with a private entrance. All rooms have ensuite bath/shower rooms. Most of our guests prefer self catering but breakfast is an optional Extra @R120 p/p/day. Price quoted is for one room self catering per night. If you need to book more than one room book it one after the other separately.

Beach Front Private Room, B&B Style

The Bamboo Surf room is a private room, tucked away in the corner of the house away from any other rooms, suitable for adults, couples or singles looking for privacy. Sleeps one or two in a Double size bed with a large breezy window and ceiling fan. Bathroom located just outside the bedroom door in a shared B&B. Breakfast is optional (not included in this price).

From the comfort of the double room that is wrapped in glass, you can watch antelope like impala and Nyala and other forest dwelling animals browsing in the undergrowth of the forest. Our Deluxe double room offers a comfortable double bed, with and an en-suite bathroom. Beautiful views of Krantszkloof conservancy from the patio. We do have our animals on the property, 2 small Daxies, a Boerboel a mixed breed young dog as well as cat.
