Welcome! This Aggieland home is affectionately called “The Garden House,” and we are delighted to share it with you! This warm & welcoming space is freshly renovated and ready to host guests traveling to College Station/Bryan! It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field and a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are allowed. However, please ensure they are accounted for in your booking and all pet rules are strictly abided by.

Charming upstairs garage apartment separate from the home with own yard and entrance just a short walk from Kyle Field. Enjoy the convenience of private parking for one vehicle. This inviting space features one cozy bedroom, a fully stocked kitchen, and an in-unit washer and dryer. For extra guests, a queen-size air mattress is available to accommodate additional sleepers. Also has an EV outlet (Nima 4 prong 14-50) if needed but bring your own cord. A pet is allowed but must be under 25 pounds

Garden Suite

The Garden Suite is centrally located in the BCS metroplex close to Texas A&M Campus and near lots of restaurants / bars / grocery stores / highway 6. The suite is part of the detached garage that has a private entrance through the backyard. Guests are asked to park on the street. We are pet friendly but charge an additonal $10 per pet per day if guests bring a pet. The extra charges will be added once your reservation has been confirmed and informed us that you are bringing a pet.
