There are 3 separate sleeping quarters, all with queen beds, should you have more than 6 guests you can request an air mattress for up to 2 more people our max is 8 people. There is space enough in the loft for another mattress. Children are welcome but the home and grounds are not child proofed. The 1 bathroom has combo shower/bath tub.
