We own the entire building, and have 3 other units that can be booked in conjunction with this one in the same building. It's within walking distance to the Civil War Museum, YMCA, bowling, antique shops, boutiques, salons, and restaurants.

Old Missouri Farm

Newly remodeled, 120 yr old farm house and cattle ranch on 125 acres of Ozark fields and forest off historic Route 66 Highway. We welcome those who can stay just one night or those who want to stay longer. Hike in our woods, view wildlife, enjoy a bonfire, or just sit on the porch and relax! We have an Activity Barn with all sorts of outdoor gear/toys. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and we are close to the historic town of Carthage where there are several great restaurants.

Retreat to this charming two story cabin overlooking the beautiful, peaceful Sunset Pond! Only a short distance from Joplin, Carl Junction, and Galena, KS, this cabin is surrounded by several ponds, the largest of which is right outside your front door. The cabin features free WIFI, 3 Smart TV's, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer & dryer. Glamping at its finest! Forest Garden Yurts are wooden yurts designed and built by Bill Coperthwaite in the 1970s for Tom Hess and Lory Brown as home and pottery studio. Tucked away in 4 acres of Ozark forest, the yurts are simple in nature yet abound with artistic details. The home yurt has a kitchen, bedroom, and a nook living room. The bathroom yurt is separate but has a covered walk. Unconventional and unique, with hobbit hole doors and low clearances in places.

Complimentary breakfast items provided in the room. Washer/dryer available on request. There is also an adjoining room available to rent. We are located about 15 min from any major stores or larger towns.
