The Ranch at Branford, Ichetucknee Springs

The Ranch is a historic property in the heart of Florida's Spring country. We've created a farm experience near the Suwannee, Santa Fe, and Ichetucknee rivers In "Hatchbend", named for "Hatch's bend in the river". This includes the entire farm - all access! Two boat launches within 3 miles, 8 area parks within a 25 minute drive. The Lodge is luxurious with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 living areas and a large open kitchen. Jacuzzi in rear off the deck. 6 adult guests maximum. The Original FLA!

The Suwannee River Rest & Adventures

Nestled in Branford, FL, along the scenic Suwannee River in Hatch Bend, this pet friendly, three-bedroom, three-bath lodge is perfect for weekends or extended stays. Upstairs features two king bedrooms with ensuite baths, a cozy living area with a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Downstairs offers a king bedroom, full bath, kitchenette, and living space. An enclosed elevator makes transporting gear easy. Experience comfort, charm, and Suwannee River beauty at our retreat!

Smoakhouse Ranch, Earl Cabin, farm stay

Newly renovated! The Smoakhouse Ranch is a historic property, nestled in the center of the best Florida's north country has to offer. This is our largest Cabin, hand built of #3 sawmill cypress and aged cedar. We've been entertaining guests since the 90's, and this is our most popular offering! The Earl cabin recreates the actual hand-built, rough cypress, 1920's farm house, with all it's warmth, open family space and pioneer spirit. All of the amenities and comforts, in a very special place.

Cave Divers Spring Escape, King Bed, Private Porch

Super cute and spacious private 3/2 home on 4 acres really lets you enjoy the rural country life without the chores. Only a few miles from several springs and the Suwanee river. (Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Charles Springs, Rum Island, Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. While our home may not be perfect, its our perfect country get away.

Cozy River House - Perfect for Relaxation & Adventure "Welcome to our charming river house, a perfect getaway for those seeking peace, relaxation, and a touch of adventure. Nestled on the banks of Suwannee River, our home offers breathtaking views and direct boat access to the water, with a private boat dock. Public boat ramp is only 1/8th of a mile away in Ivey park and there are multiple springs within a short distance, including Turtle Springs, Little River Springs & Fanning springs.

Robbins Way Retreat

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This home sits in the middle of ten acres. It has a wrap around porch. Beautiful view with trees and plenty of wildlife to watch. Plenty of room, Total tranquility. There is a boat ramp to the Suwannee River 2 miles away, countless beautiful natural springs and Keaton Beach on the Gulf Coast is 45 min away. We are also 45 minutes from the lazy river at Itchnatucky State Park. Sit on the wrap around porch and listen to nature.

The Outback

We want to help restore your soul as mentioned in Psalm 23 and this is the perfect place for it. If you love nature's majesty, with peace and quiet disturbed only by birdsong, this is the place for you! The Outback is on the far side of our 80 acre farm. Our home is over 200 yards away, so you have the joy of total serenity. You can just see our home in the distance. Almost all our guests have stayed with us before and re-book outside the Airbnb platform so reviews are rare.

Goat House at Cypress Oaks Farm

You will feel welcomed and relaxed in our cozy little house. Appealing to your necessities there is a TV, high speed internet and a coffee bar. The outdoor area has a paved patio, seating and a fire pit. Enjoy the cool shaded area and BBQ after a day in the sun. The Goat House is tucked away on the edge of woods on the outskirts of Live Oak. Close enough to run to the store and far enough for a quiet starlit night relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a small bonfire on cool nights.

Suwannee River Hide Away Cabin

Immaculate cabin on the historical Suwannee River, just upstream from Telford Springs. Our floating dock equipped with a kayak launch, makes it easy to enjoy your day on the river. Small boats are welcome too with a boat ramp nearby. Whether you're here to dive the caves of the springs or just enjoy the scenic countryside, you won't be disappointed! River levels vary throughout the year, feel free to reach out for a clear water forecast of the springs before booking!

Thunderbolt River Retreat

Wifi now available. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. 10 acres with 800' on the Historic Suwannee River with a 20' floating dock to enjoy the river life with out the crowds. Phase 1 of raised boardwalk complete, now walk from the camper over to the dock in a few minutes.. Come get away from the crowds 3 miles down a private road where the only traffic you will see will be on the river. Bring your boat, kids and pets. Camper is a 2016 Avenger.
