Location, Location Location! Cute little country cottage within city limits. Easy access to I-10 and I-49. Only 4.8 miles to downtown Lafayette and 6.7 miles to the airport. Very convenient and centrally located for area travels to Carencro, Arnaudville, Sunset, Opelousas, Breaux Bridge, & Scott. Guests will be very comfortable staying in our newly updated hidden gem! You will enjoy the quiet and peaceful backyard while sitting on a large wooden swing under a beautiful huge live oak tree.

Country Cottage

Our cottage is peaceful, comfortable, and conveniently located. The campus of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette is near by and so is Breaux Bridge and Lafayette shopping and restaurants. We live near by and would love to tell you about a variety of places to visit such as the little cafe down town that serves the best fresh fried shrimp poboy served with fresh potato fries and on Saturday provides Cajun music played by local musicians. We love our community and think you will too.

The River Retreat Butte La Rose

The cozy cottage is nestled along the bank of the Atchafalaya River, a few miles south of interstate 10 and half way between Baton Rouge and Lafayette, La. Drive through your own little private swamp as you enter the property before it opens up to the cottage. The front porch is only steps away from the river. Large windows line the front of the home so you will have a wonderful view wherever you’re at. It is a perfect place to relax while surrounded by nature.

Lake Martin Bayou Country Lake Cottage

Our cabin is called La Libellule. It is a wonderful little cabin on Lake Martin in Breaux Bridge, La. Amenities include a king size bed, screened in porch, shaded deck, fire pit, washer, dryer, 2 tvs, internet and a full kitchen. There are generally fresh herbs in the garden depending on what time of year you come. The dragon flys are glorious here and if you are lucky you can see a pinkish red one. There is a lovely walking trail nearby.

Bayou Teche Cottage

Cajun Cottage located on the Bayou Teche in Downtown New Iberia's Historic Main St. The property is lined with old Oak and Cypress trees with a beautiful view of the bayou. Walking distance from restaurants, bars, and shopping. 8 miles from Avery Island. Coffee, cream, and sugar provided.. The cottage is a private space with kitchenette, living area, separate bedroom, and screened in patio. Very private and peaceful setting.
