Enjoy the exclusive use of The Laithes Cottages with a 3-bed and a 2-bed cottage set in a private courtyard with gardens. The cottages can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults sharing and 2 kids. Cottage 1 benefits from 2 king size bedrooms, a kid’s bunk room, beautiful sitting room, kitchen and utility. Cottage 2 enjoys a super-king bedroom and small double bedroom with sitting/diner, record player and galley kitchen. Both cottages share a courtyard and a garden with sweeping countryside views.

Located next to the owners’ home, but still maintaining solitude and privacy, the cottage is surrounded by open fields and is a haven for wildlife.

Secluded woodland retreat at Blencowe Hall with mountain views and log burner. Luxury shepherds hut with king size bed, oak floored kitchen, ensuite w.c. and shower room, LPG heating and wifi. Relax in the Adirondack chairs whilst throwing a log on the fire pit and count the stars in style. Enjoy cooking in the bijoux kitchen with SMEG hob and full size oven or fire up the Weber charcoal BBQ. A perfect place to enjoy the peace and solitude of the lovely Cumbria and Lake District landscape.

Cobbler’s Cottage is the perfect place to stay for a relaxing break whilst exploring the Lake District and all that Cumbria has to offer. This modern, comfortable and well equipped one bedroom cottage has free parking and is located close to the M6. It is in an ideal location with some of the Lake’s most iconic places such as Ullswater, Helvellyn and Blencathra only a short drive away. Greystoke has a shop/post office, outdoor pool and the excellent Boot and Shoe pub is around the corner.

Toddles reveals its history without compromising on modern conveniences. This 17th century building has been upgraded to provide the highest levels of comfort while featuring original stone and woodwork.

Rural 3-bedroom cottage in quiet village

Our mid-terraced cottage sleeps up to five guests in its three well-presented bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. The heart of the home is its living room, complete with a multi-fuel stove which brings some extra cosiness in the colder months, or somewhere to dry your boots after a day in the fells. We have free parking for two cars on the driveway outside the house, and around the back is a shared garden with outdoor seating, ideal for al fresco dining when the sun is shining!

Gibson Cottage is a charming 18th century one bedroom holiday cottage, ideal for a romantic break, and perfectly situated on the edge of the Lake District National Park. Easy to reach whether you are travelling North or South, Gibson Cottage is located just two miles from J40 on the M6 and the market town of Penrith, which is serviced by a main line train station. The Cottage is set off the beaten track where you will have the chance to enjoy some peace and quiet and relax!

The Barn

Escape to our beautifully restored sandstone barn in the heart of the Eden Valley, Cumbria — an ideal retreat no matter the season. Nestled amidst stunning countryside in close proximity to both the Lake District and Pennines, this charming getaway offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts, with original timber beams, a wood-burning stove, and a private outdoor patio and lawn. The Barn can be booked along with The Byre next door for pairs of couples.

The Hayloft (on the doorstep of The Lake District)

First floor barn conversion located in the peaceful village of Newton Reigny, a 9 minute drive from the Lake District National Park border (lake Ullswater just 15 minutes away). The village has a pub & a small shop. A 5 minute drive from the historic market town of Penrith which has a selection of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants & amenities. Easy access to the A66 for Keswick. Very convenient to get to from the M6 motorway (junction 41).
