We do not have our own beach, dock or swimming area, but there are several close by at beaches and parks. You can relax indoors with a game room with billiards, ping pong, air hockey, arcade games, Xbox and a 70 inch UHD TV with Bose surround, and a Sauna awaits! The New House

This property is unique as a brand new constructed house for you to enjoy on the west side of Lake Bemidji. In the morning you may hear the loons on the lake with your windows open or sitting calmly on the back patio. You can cook in the full kitchen and enjoy the grill in your own backyard sanctuary. In the evening, you can enjoy a bonfire or hot tub in the back yard of this safe neighborhood. The spacious house is great for gatherings, is pet friendly and children of all ages are welcome

Lake Getaway near Itasca State Park

Book a vacation in beautiful Northwest Minnesota. House is on lovely Lake Alice, 7 miles from Lake Itasca State Park, 35 minutes south of Bemidji. Lake Alice does not have public access and, as a result, sees very little boating traffic - often, you'll be the only one on the water. Hike the miles of public land in the area, bird watch or get into the water. If fishing is your thing, the lake is teeming with Northern Pike and Crappies. House has high speed internet, Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Bring your ATV or snowmobile and ride the nearby area trails for a few days.
