Our 1959-vintage caravan is just 12ft long, best for a couple or two friends. At a pinch, two children could sleep in the king single bed; see the photos and description further down. Wake up to the sounds of Lyrebirds, enjoy a private walk in our rainforest gully and stroll around the garden, one of the best private gardens in the Dandenongs. Offering a minimum one-night stay for a quick getaway, or stay longer & enjoy the peace, sit by the fire - made from a beer keg, and roast marshmallows.

Views and privacy on 100 acres - Lodge style stay

Views will take your breath away! The off-grid lodge is nestled into a ridge & completely private, you have it all to yourselves. Sleeps up to ten people. More if guests bring their swags. Large dining table, couches, full-size fridge, air conditioner, wood heater, BBQ & pool table. It is very pretty & private. Everyone who stays seems to enjoy themselves, but don’t expect a serviced town-style motel room or apartment. Bring your own pillows, sheets/quilts, or sleeping bags, & towels.

Burrowes Rest

A unique hut nestled in the heart of the King Valley. Beautiful mountain views, and your own private King River frontage. Only a short drive or ride to the local wineries, cafes and pubs. Creekfarm is set on 10 acres nestled in Howe's Creek, 15 mins from Mansfield in Victoria, 35 mins from Mirimbah at the base of Mt Buller and 5 mins drive from edge of Lake Eildon. Two b/rm private cottage set up for guests. It’s tasteful, homely and comfortable with a deck, cosy wood heater and air-con. The property is peaceful and bird life abounds. You won't see any other guests. We will give you all the privacy you need to enjoy our lovely property.

Set on the banks of the beautiful Goulburn River, the cabin is ideal for a romantic escape, family getaway or weekend with friends. Just 50 minutes to the gates of Mt Buller and 15 minutes to the nearest boat ramp at Lake Eildon, you can choose to do a multitude of activities in the area or just relax by the river in summer or by the cosy fire in winter.
