The Cablet at Howville

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on Boyer Lake. This Cablet “tiny cabin” is situated on our home property of 16 acres on a state game refuge. We have wildlife including bald eagles and deer. There are hammocks and a unique 9 hole disc golf. Access to the lake for fishing, boating, and kayaking. The Cablet has electricity, heat, A/C, microwave, Keurig coffee pot, mini fridge, and an outdoor porta potty. There is no shower. Picnic table, outdoor chairs, and fire pit/wood provided.

Also includes 3 stall garage. Pets welcomed. There is a 50.00 pet fee for each pet. Extra guest charge: $100 per person, per night for every guest over 10. Pontoon available for rent. 15 minute drive from Perham and Detroit lakes. Kayaks, paddleboard, grill, yard games included. Fire globe and fire pit on site.

Welcome to Fern Beach Hideaway on Lake Melissa! This new construction 2 bed, 1 bath is an above-garage unit next to main house of owners. It is well-appointed w/ new stainless appliances, 2 queen beds, TV's in main living room & bedrooms. Keurig coffee & maker in breakfast bar w/ dining table. The Tree House, an upstairs dwelling, is in a peaceful setting. A unique topography supports numerous species of wild life including nearly 200 species of birds. The Tree House is located near the head waters of the Mississippi river, Tamarac National Wild Life Refuge, Detroit Mountain Recreation Area, golf courses, casinos and North Country Trail. A full kitchen and a comfortable indoor setting makes a lovely getaway. The rock fire pit is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Country Living

Looking for some quiet and solitude our cabin is located in the country sitting on 20 acres of wooded land with walking trails, wildlife, and solitude. But we are still just a short drive to nearby communities. Sorry we do not allow pets We have kayaks and a canoe for rent enjoy an evening on a nearby lake watching the sunset and listening to the loons or enjoy some fishing from the kayak. In the winter enjoy our Outdoor Sauna, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, x-country skiing, or ice fishing.

A rural home near lakes country in Becker County. 15-minute drive to Detroit Lakes beach and Zorbaz 12-minute drive to Wefest at Soo Pass Ranch 45-minute drive to Fargo/Moorhead Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. *PLEASE NOTE* This property is near Little Cormorant Lake but does not have lake or shore access, however there is a public access with a boat launch one mile south if you’d like to bring your own boat, pontoon, jet ski, etc.
