I have a guest suite off the back of the house with its own entrance and parking. There is enough room for a boat parking and RV parking. The suite has a shower, toilet, and vanity. We supply towels shampoo and conditioner. You also have a one cup Kuerig machine. Has Air conditioning. Minutes away from Downtown Lake Havasu. Very close to launch ramps and restaraunts. This is a non- smoking room. Please come and join us in Lake Havasu. Please enjoy the pool as well!

You will love relaxing in the quiet secluded casita, taking a dip in the private pool and exploring all the history and fun things Lake Havasu has to offer from London Bridge to hiking and having fun on the lake. Sorry, no pets as we already have 2 living on the main property and also do occasional dog sitting and we keep the casita pet free for allergy sufferers. I just added new remote control operated room darkening shades.
