Perched on a ridge overlooking the pristine Pretty River Valley Provincial Park, our 125 acres will provide you with hiking, bonfires and a good nights sleep with a full country breakfast included. Minutes from Collingwood and Blue Mountain the quiet and solitude beckons. All rooms have wood burning fireplaces.

Warbler’s Roost is on a 14-acre property on Deer Lake, 3785D Eagle Lake Rd which is 20 min west of the small village of South River, just north of Huntsville. It is near many of the forgotten trails network of trails and 40 minutes west of Algonquin Park’s access point 1 (water access only). Warbler’s Roost includes a Country Inn which has six rooms available for daily/weekly rentals with continental breakfast. NB: during the pandemic, we are restricting bookings to one room to each bathroom.

Welcome to the Shores of Deer Lake! We offer newly renovated suites on the beautiful shores of Deer Lake. Each suite is well equipped with a full kitchen, dining area, living space, private bedroom and complete bathroom. The unit can comfortably sleep up to four adults, with one queen-sized bed in the bedroom, and another queen-sized mattress in the pull out sofa. *We ask that you tell us in advance if you plan on bringing any pets. Condo w/private hot tub at Boyne Mt. It is a ski in/out condo that allows you to enjoy the best that winter has to offer. In the summer it offers easy access to hiking/biking trails, golf, tennis and water sports on Deer Lake. The condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath that sleeps 8. It comes fully furnished with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffeemaker, microwave, dining table, all the needed kitchen items to enjoy your stay. The condo also has a private gas grill for outdoor cooking.
