This property is unique as a brand new constructed house for you to enjoy on the west side of Lake Bemidji. Book a vacation in beautiful Northwest Minnesota. House is on lovely Lake Alice, 7 miles from Lake Itasca State Park, 35 minutes south of Bemidji. Lake Alice does not have public access and, as a result, sees very little boating traffic - often, you'll be the only one on the water. Hike the miles of public land in the area, bird watch or get into the water. If fishing is your thing, the lake is teeming with Northern Pike and Crappies. Plus access to the lake for ice fishing. **Full dock access with power and plenty of room for trailer parking on site.
