This brand-new cozy, modern cabin is ready for year-round fun! On Lake Ida, a premiere swimming, fishing and boating lake, the cabin offers superb views and direct access to the clear, sandy lake. The Maynard Cabin, a Civil War era log cabin

The Maynard Log Cabin was erected by a homesteader after the civil war. We have moved and restored it and made it available for rent. It is off the grid, but it has a complete functioning kitchen, wood stove and sitting room downstairs. There are two antique beds with new mattresses upstairs. There is no electricity but the cabin is furnished with kerosene lanterns. The bathroom facilities consist of wash basins and outhouse. The cabin is surrounded by 40 acres of woods and meadows.

Lake Miltona Family Vacation

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun at the Lake! We have 3 bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom as well as a bunk room with room for all the kids! In total, there are 11 beds including a king in the primary bedroom. The two other bedrooms have a queen size bed as well as a twin over full bunk bed and the bunk room has two twin over full bunks as well all in climate conditioned space to comfortably enjoy yourself while at beautiful Lake Miltona!
