Marked trails weave around the property for early morning coffee walk or a moonlit snowshoe - courtesy snowshoes are available for guests. Deer frequent the property as well.

Property backs up to the Florida River and has a view of the local historic Rio Grande Railroad bridge used in the movie Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. Just 18 min drive to downtown Durango and 8 minutes to the closest coffee shop!

Please relax and enjoy your mountain stay on our slice of serenity, with great views in a serene, calming environment. Enjoy mountain hikes, fly fishing, and skiing. Mountain Beauty Medspa's practice is also on the property. If you wish, participate in one of many Mountain Beauty Medspa's services from IPL, Microderm, Botox, or fillers.
