Enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, and pedal boating from the owner's dock. Restaurants & activities minutes away. EV charging available on premise. The guest house is a separate structure with it's own hvac.

Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte. You'll also have access to an outdoor balcony, kayaks, paddle boards, the lake, beach, fire pit, and gazebo.

We are unable to accommodate guests’ boats, jet skis or trailers. ONLY ONE VEHICLE IS INCLUDED DUE TO PARKING LIMITATIONS. A $100 FEE WILL BE ADDED FOR EACH ADDITIONAL VEHICLE.
