Fully furnished, including washer and dryer, gas grill, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, stove with air fryer, WiFi, dimmable lights, and more. The property has an independent apartment with it’s own entrance for two people maximum. It’s completely separate from the house. Backyard and pool are shared.
