Gorgeous little house with cap cod feel, right on the water. We call this baby "Water's Edge on Tainter Lake". Perfect way for a quick escape from the Twin cities, only 50 minutes away. Fish off the permanent dock on the water. Beautiful views and sunsets on a fun, active recreational lake. Short boat ride to Jake's super club. Some guests say its a "private location", but we are on a very active lake with houses close by. Please read our "other details to note" for more info.

Our cozy cottage on the banks of the Willow River is ideally situated for enjoying the Willow River State Park experience while enjoying the comforts of home. Willow Falls is a short walk, and the main entrance is one mile from the front door. The cottage has a unique walk-in shower, luxurious tub, and full kitchen for your own use. This cabin sits overlooking a beautiful view of the water where you will see all types of wildlife. The eagles sit in the giant oak trees just off the porch. Walk down to the dock and drop a line in for fishing. .The state bike/snowmobile/hiking trail is within 3 minutes. The boat landing is 1 mile away. You have your own private dock. We also just added a hatchet throwing target We charge a 25.00 per visit pet fee.
