Deer, beaver, eagles, and more make frequent cameos as the seasons paint shifting riverscapes and astonishing sunsets. *No Pets

Unwind and immerse yourself in nature at this cozy cabin overlooking Timber Coulee Creek. Large living room windows and a spacious deck provide you with a bird’s eye view of the rippling river and many types of wild life. Deer amble through the property; eagles soar and keep an eagle eye on everything. Turkeys, squirrels, coons, and myriad of birds go about their business in this serene environment. This charming, country 1926 farmhouse sits atop rolling country fields just outside the village of Maiden Rock, and just a few miles to Stockholm, Pepin, & Red Wing, Mn. This farmhouse was purchased by the host's parents in 1987. While being raised here with 8 siblings, this home felt very small. After growing up and finding a life of her own, she found her way back home and has been putting her interior design skills to work on Little Square Farmhouse since 2008. #littlesquarefarmhouse

As part of Samakya Cabins, one of two private retreats set on 65 secluded acres, the property offers incredible bluff views, peaceful surroundings, and a truly special escape immersed in nature.
