We’ve freshly renovated our quad rooms so your stay will be snug and comfy while your here exploring our piece of paradise. We have 4 single beds in your own private room with fresh cotton sheets and French flax linen bedding. Tea and coffee provided in the room. Shared kitchen in main hostel.

Southfiord B&B *The Cottage* Te Anau Milford Sound

Peaceful, warm and cosy space to relax. The cottage is one bedroom, with king bed & ensuite. Kitchenette with fridge/freezer and a washing machine. Both the bedroom and lounge have there own TV. Free WiFi. With a view to the mountains from the lounge, the cottage allows guest to have a little more privacy and self cater light meals. TeAnau central x2 bed/bathroom guest suite

My place is a large house in the town centre where all the restaurants and shops are and is only 150-200 metres from the lakefront. Guests enter via our front door but are downstairs in our B&B space. Miro Street is surrounded by cafe's, pubs, pizzerias, shops, Gelato, the Cinema and supermarkets. Buses to Milford Sound etc. leave from our street. This guest area has two queen sized bed-rooms each with private bathrooms in a quirky 70s-style home.

Parkside Stay

Keep it simple at this quiet and centrally located 1 bedroom apartment. Built in 2024, our unit has one bedroom (Queen sized bed), one bathroom and a small kitchenette. Close to the Te Anau township and only a 10 minute walk to local bars & cafes, less if you want to head to the lake. This is the perfect base for visiting Fiordland and Milford Sound and has lovely views across a local park to Mt Luxmore and the Murchison Mountains.

New Build - The Narrows Unit

Discover 'The Narrows,' a brand new retreat just 2 minutes drive from Te Anau's town centre. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Set amongst park like gardens while having your own private space to relax and still being close to the township of Te Anau, walking and cycling track and easy access to Fiordland National Park, Milford Sound and Doubtful Sound. Tea and coffee making facilities, also provided toaster and small fridge.

Rangapu Fiordland Log Cabin

An adorable 2 Bedroomed Log Cabin located on the outskirts of Te Anau. Only a stones throw away from the local Golf Club, the beginning of the iconic Kepler Track and the fabulous Waiau River. This quaint property offers the traveler a peaceful and private setting to relax in after a days exploring the wonders of the Fiordland area.

Keiko's Cottages-Rose Cottage

Keiko's Cottages are set amongst beautiful gardens & fishponds and located inside the Te Anau's township. The nearest restaurants are only a short walk away. Rose Cottage is situated in a quiet place at the rear of our property and is self contained with a queen size bed & small kitchen. Breakfasts are not included.
