This newly built 2 level villa (2024) is self-contained, self-catering with direct access to the beach! It has 3 queen size bed bedrooms + 2 single beds. The master bedroom has its own entrance for additional privacy! We aim to complement the beautiful natural scenery with comfortable facilities that are in harmony with the environment and the peaceful location. The villa's architecture is based on the traditional style using colours that blend in beautifully with the surrounding environment!

Nestled along the coast, Kilada is a charming and peaceful fishing village, it offers a tranquil escape, while still providing essential conveniences like a supermarket, a few cozy coffe shops and tranditional taverns to meet your daily needs.

Ermina's House is a comfortable house, 7 minutes walk far from the Hydra's port. It's perfect for people wanting to be close to downtown and the local market. Ermina's house I consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a beautifully decorated attic. Last but not least, there is a veranda with a breathtaking view and a blooming garden.

The house is detached, quiet, a bit high up on the hillside in an authentic and preserved environment. You will be dazzled by the extraordinary view of the sea. It is surrounded by olive trees, two lemon trees and a fig tree. Its two terraces, each with its own shaded pergola, offer a beautiful 180° view of the sea and the neighbouring hills.
