The Hey Loft: A Boutique Studio at a Horse Farm

Welcome to the Hey Loft, a unique, equestrian themed space w/a huge window overlooking the riding arena & pastures. Immerse yourself in the magical world of horses in this serene open studio apartment located on the 2nd floor of the barn. The space is designed in farmhouse/rustic decor. Privacy curtains divide the bed from the rest of the well appointed room. Blinds/black-out curtains are installed over the viewing window. The farm is minutes from the shops & restaurants in historic Waxhaw.

Master bedroom features a king size bed with a separate sitting room furnished with a desk. Guest bedroom contains a queen size bed. Kitchen is beautifully updated with all the necessary amenities. Located in Great Falls SC home to the whitewater rafting center and convenient to Lake Wateree, this home is located halfway between Charlotte NC and Columbia SC.

The Loblolly Pine Room

This is a one bedroom (King Bed and a single pull out) one bath space with a separate game/entertainment room with a pool table. It has a small coffee/snack bar area. This space is connected to the owner’s home and has a separate outside entrance. You have access to a fishing pond, fire pit and the future Catawba Bend Nature Preserve, walking trails/mountain bike trails nearby. This is a very quiet and cozy space in a country setting. No smoking facility. Close to shopping and restaurants.

The Blessed Nest

The Blessed Nest is secluded and nestled in its own private meadow, with a small pond to overlook. It is surrounded by 125 acre working farm and petting farm During your stay, you can enjoy the private porch overlooking the pond and enjoy the sights and sounds of the animals including goats, horses, cows and so much more. offer horseback riding around the property for an additional fee. We have kayaks available to those 14 and up and a small hut by the big pond containing life jackets.

ROYAL GOOSE 1- bedroom treehouse.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The threehouse is very close to the town of Charlotte North Carolina. It is 20 minutes drive to Charlotte. My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.

Studio style floor plan with queen sized bed and cozy living room space. Large bathroom with spacious standup shower. Updated kitchen including new stove, refrigerator and Keurig coffeemaker. No wifi or electronics are in the cabin. * The fireplace is decorative only - not a working fireplace.
