It is a 5 min walk to the closest grocery shop, restaurant and the beach. A ferry that takes you on Island roundtrips i just below the house. A centre with 80 shops and a gym, busstop close.

Her you can choose an active type of vacation with all kind of outdoor activities, or simply chill on the beach or on a smooth kurt rock. Several beaches and swimming spots from rocky cliffs nearby. Fresh sea air, nice area. The area is part of the coastal path, and you can walk for miles in both directions along the coast. Or cycle if preferred. Great sea view from the cabin which is nicely located at the top of Kruksdalen.

I Langesund finner du flere spisesteder (Papas Pizza, Viktoria, Langesund Landhandel, Bobben, Solsiden m.fl) og gater med sjarmerende gamle trehus. En idyllisk by med god feriestemning.

Small cabin on island

"Kjempehytta" is an Idyllic small cabin located on a beautiful island in Lake Toke in Bamble, Telemark. A perfect place to see the the starry night sky, and enjoy nature. In summer you can go swimming an fishing in the lake. To get to the island you need to padle a canoe. The canoe and two lifejackets are included in the rent.
