The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Relax with family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. The stables have one bedroom and the lounge area has a double sofa bed. Air conditioned There are three stables adjoining so also great for going with friends or family. Leger lakes is a small family run business, three small fishing lakes. The Ruby lake has five camping pods. We have tearoom on site with 5 star hygiene rating. The tearoom is also licensed, Laughton is a small village and has beautiful walks and places of interest.

Butterfields - Thoresby Estate

Refurbished for summer 2024 Butterfields offers a beautiful space for families or groups of couples to relax and unwind in. The house is situated in a secluded spot on the edge our Estate village of Perlethorpe at the heart of Thoresby Estate, one of the four traditionally ducal estates that gave the area the nickname the Dukeries. The house was built in the 1980s for a member of the Pierrepont family, who have owned the Estate for over 400 years, and was designed with entertaining in mind.

The Coach House Harthill

The Coach House is the beautifully converted annex of ‘The Old Rectory’; a very handsome Grade II listed seven-bedroom period home built by the son of the 1st Duke of Leeds back in 1720, in the pretty village of Harthill. It offers the perfect location to explore Sheffield and the surrounding Peak District, conveniently situated close to the M1 (Junction 30) and A57. The bright and spacious living area comprises a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms and has off road parking for two cars.
