Enjoy breathtaking views of the fells, lake and Northern Lights from the windows. Three bedrooms (6 guests) + sofa bed (2 guests). Ski track 20 m, lake 50 m, shops 150 m, Skibus 300 m. Condominium has lakeside sauna and hot tub, booked with a separate fee. It is also possible to dip in the lake throughout the year.

Kohteen sijainti on ihanteellinen luontoharrastusten kannalta: hiihtoladulle pääset suoraan pihasta ja lähin lasketteluhissi löytyy takapihalta (70m). Tämän mökin pihaan voit laskea suoraan Suomen pisimmästä laskettelurinteestä! Takapihalta lähtee myös lumikenkäreitti Ylläksen tunturiin. Tässä kohteessa pärjäät myös ilman autoa. Tervetuloa nauttimaan rauhallisesta lomasta kauniiden maisemien keskelle.

Riverside Diamond Villa with outdoor hot tub

Det unika huset vid vattnet, med en fantastisk utsikt. 8 + 2 personer kan bekvämt och mysigt njuta av sin semester i denna rymliga fastighet. Nästan alla rum erbjuder en hisnande utsikt över floden, och du kan också njuta av flodlandskapet från den utomhus jacuzzin, terrassen och strandeldplatsen. Stadsfaciliteter ligger bara cirka 5 km bort, och Santa Claus Village är 15 km bort. Det finns gott om parkeringsplats för flera bilar framför huset. Utmärkta jogging/skidmöjligheter finns i närheten.

Towels and bedlinen: extra fee of 30€ / person. Note: this includes also handtowels 2 medium size efatbikes for rent (30€ per 🚲 / day)

Villa Vihtori by Lake Perunkajärvi

Villa Vihtori is a modern 90 m² log house. The ground floor features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with combinable beds, an always-ready sauna, and two toilets. Upstairs, there is a loft with a 120 cm wide bed. The house also includes a glass-covered terrace. A separate studio building offers a room/80-140 cm bed, one toilet and a small kitchen. The villa offers snowshoes guests to use free of charge during their stay. Also, there's spinning lean-to that can be turned towards the sun.

Free parking with electric for car heater. acces to garden with fireplace living room 10,7 m2 Bed room 7,6 m2 Bathroom 3,3 m2 Total area 21,6 m2 It is located 3 km from city center, close to bus stop for local bus. I speak only English and Swedish.
