Main floor also hosts a bathroom with convenient laundry connected. All 3 bedrooms and full bath are housed in the upstairs loft, which also features another sitting area and a walkout to a 2-tiered deck overlooking trees and the majesty of the Hills. Unwind and relax as you soak in the deck hot tub. Not far at all from popular Terry Peak and all the snow activities that go with it! skiing and snowmobiling in the winter and hiking, biking and all the other fun Black Hills things to see and do. All wheel drive is recommended in the winter. Treehouse Yurt Lead Black Hills SD Mickelson Trail

Off grid yurt in the pines, with great view of mystic miner and Terry peak above, on mile 100 of beautiful Mickelson trail. Get away to nature (with style and a unique stay)....goulay. not for non-outdoorsy as there is only a half bathroom outhouse, no running water (you get to port it in, great spring pump at nearby Englewood trail-head on Mickelson and running stream for a dip at bottom of hill), no electricity, and a great little wood stove. BEFORE RENTING read other things to note.

This is the original carriage house from 1892 that has been converted into living quarters with a small fenced in outdoor space. The cozy cottage is made up of two levels. On the floor level, is a small kitchen, bathroom, and sitting area with gas fire place (love seat pulls out to a single bed). On the second level, via a narrow steep hayloft staircase, is a king bed, tv, and private balcony. This quaint space is the perfect get away.
