Mulberry Cottage is a peaceful countryside retreat near Augusta, Georgia. It is a private 400-square-foot, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage, kitchen, set back from the road and surrounded by pasture and trees. 1 King-size bed in the bedroom 1 Queen-size pull-out sofa bed in the living room This cottage is one of 30cottages on our 16-acre property. Step outside the cottage and enjoy the 16 acres of property. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking ware, coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer.

Rear porch and yard look out on pastureland with cattle, goats, poultry, and sometime the horse. Pond fishing available. Convenient to I-20. Cabin is over 150 years old and rustic. It is very small, but has what you need. Small Roku TV and Comcast internet.

At the Lake Cottage

You will fall in Love with this adorable Cottage. With 2 Main suites on the lower level and One Large Loft upstairs there are plenty of places to sleep. One bathroom serves this home, however two shower heads are in the shower. This home is not Lakefront but is only a walk to the boat ramp.
