My lovely house in Wales

This unique place has a style all its own. Very Welsh old town house with a lot of character. Quiet street in the desirable part of Cardiff Pen y lan. Convenient to get to town by bus or train. Lovely parks and restaurantd within walking distance. Clean with a garden to enjoy. Large rooms with antique furniture A good place for families or friends to enjoy . This beautiful, light and spacious Garden Flat offers the best of both worlds. The peace and quiet of one of Cardiff's most prestigious, leafy streets, and just a few minutes from popular Pontcanna with its hip cafes, bars and boutiques. Take a short walk across the park to the City Centre and meander back along the river, or catch the bus to your front door. It's a 5 minute walk to historic Llandaff Cathedral. Back home unwind with a glass of wine or al fresco breakfast on the garden deck.

Cosy studio annex

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden with access from the rear. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.

Converted artists workshop with it's own front door. This mini appartment has been converted with access in mind for disabled patrons but is lovely and comfortable for everyone. It's bright, modern and spacious with a king sized bed that can become 2 singles. There is a small kitchen area in the same room, a table, armchair, TV, space for working and a separate wet room with pull down shower chair. The appartment has it's own front door with lock lowered. Host has basic BSL. Free parking.
