Watch the sunset from the backyard patio, spend the afternoon kayaking on the beautiful 1000's Island waters or fishing from the newly built 65ft dock. The water is clear and clean, perfect for swimming and water activities. Very clean shoreline (no weeds). It's a beautiful, peaceful and private place.

Enjoy lovely waterfront cottage on St Lawrence River. Property fronts the river and is flanked by a secondary rental cottage. Located 7 minutes from the Canada bridge and grocery shopping. Great for family gatherings as adjacent unit can be co-rented, providing opportunity to create memorable times with loved ones. Docking available for fishing and boating. Firepit for evening enjoyment. Relax and enjoy the abundant resident water fowl and spectacular sunsets. I am unable to accommodate pets.

The Boathouse

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! Deep water dockage and available boat rental, please enquire.

Comfy cottage with direct access to the SLR from dock. Quiet single home only 5 mins from Clayton village for shopping and restaurants. Close to Cape Vincent, Sackets Harbor, and A-Bay. Your passport & a 40 min. drive = CANADA! Wade into the water and bring your boat to tour the 1000 islands! Imagine early morning coffee watching the loons on the screened-in porch and cocktails around the campfire at night. Your endless adventures and exploring awaits. Well-behaved pups are invited too.
